All rates are per night and include the exclusive use of the entire beach house for the number of guests you have booked for. During your stay, Khumbula iMozambique is exclusively yours, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy, breathtaking ocean views, and the relaxed atmosphere of Mozambique's beautiful coastline. Whether you're unwinding on the terrace, exploring Paindane Bay, or simply listening to the sound of the waves, you'll have the entire property to yourself for a truly unforgettable beach holiday.

Cancellation policies

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. To provide flexibility while ensuring availability for all our guests, Khumbula iMozambique has the following cancellation policy.

Free cancellation up to 21 days before your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

To ensure your cancellation is processed correctly, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.

We recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans, including cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

Booking / Payment

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation at Khumbula iMozambique in Paindane Bay, Mozambique.

After your booking is confirmed, you'll also receive access to our GuestApp. This convenient digital guide contains everything you need to know before and during your stay, including check-in information, house guidelines, nearby restaurants, local attractions, activities, and useful tips for exploring Paindane Bay, Inhambane, and the beautiful coastline of Mozambique.

Once your final payment has been received, we'll send you your arrival details to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in. We look forward to welcoming you to Khumbula iMozambique, where you can relax by the Indian Ocean, enjoy breathtaking sea views, and experience the natural beauty and laid-back atmosphere of Mozambique's stunning coastline.

Please note: A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach Khumbula iMozambique, as the final 5 km to the house is through sandy dunes. If you don't have a 4x4, there's no need to worry. You can park your vehicle at the secure parking area approximately 5 km before the resort and arrange a local transfer to the house at your own expense. We are happy to provide information about the available transfer service before your arrival.

Deposit policies

A 25% refundable deposit is required within 7 days of making the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 21 days prior to arrival.
